What we would most like to hear about
A figure that does not match its source. Every specification on this site links to the manufacturer page it was read from. If one of them no longer matches, either we misread it or the manufacturer changed it, and both are worth fixing.
We check it against the source, correct it, and update the page’s modified date so the change is visible. The full process is in the editorial policy.
Also useful
- A machine we have missed that publishes its throat or field figures properly.
- A manufacturer page that has moved, so a citation on this site now points nowhere.
- A question we have not answered, which usually ends up on the FAQ.
What we cannot help with
Repairs, servicing, warranty claims and order problems - we do not sell machines and have no relationship with any manufacturer or retailer. Your dealer or the manufacturer’s support line is the right route for all of those.
We also do not accept sponsored placements, paid inclusion or free machines. That is covered on the disclosure page, and it is not negotiable.
